Returns & exchanges

If you wish to return an item - Within 14 days of the customer's order delivery, we happily accept returns. Your item must be unused and in the original packing, in the same condition that you received it, in order for you to be eligible for a return.

1. Please email info@burbeckathome.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item.

3. In the event that the original packaging is no longer with you, an additional £40 + VAT will be deducted from your refund to pay for the purchase of new packaging. Smaller items can be sent directly to us via your chosen postal service, we recommend using a tracked and signed for service.

4. We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. Along with informing you when your refund has been completed, a refund will be automatically made to your credit card or the original payment method.

Please allow up to five business days to handle returns after we receive them.
