3. Delivery & Returns
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@burbeckathome.com as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched must follow our returns policy.
If returning an item:
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return;
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging;
- Use a tracked courier service, as we are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
4. Warranty & Product Information
We guarantee that our products will:
- Match their description;
- Be free from material defects; and
- Be fit for their intended purpose.
If a fault arises within 12 months of delivery, contact us in writing. After inspection, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.
This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
Because many of our pieces use natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, or finish are to be expected. Images on our site are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
